The workout
- Tap an exercise to open its tab. Tap a song for its Songsterr link.
- Study each exercise first, then practise at a comfortable bpm. Tempos, fingerings & pickings are only suggestions — use whatever feels natural.
- Practise song fragments slowly and gradually gain speed.
- Use the indicated times. The whole session should be ~15–20 min.
- Always practise with a metronome or drum loop.
- Record yourself to track your progress over the month.
- Don't know something (a chord, a triplet…)? Google it, work it out, come back.
