How to use GPR10

The workout

  • Tap an exercise to open its tab. Tap a song for its Songsterr link.
  • Study each exercise first, then practise at a comfortable bpm. Tempos, fingerings & pickings are only suggestions — use whatever feels natural.
  • Practise song fragments slowly and gradually gain speed.
  • Use the indicated times. The whole session should be ~15–20 min.
  • Always practise with a metronome or drum loop.
  • Record yourself to track your progress over the month.
  • Don't know something (a chord, a triplet…)? Google it, work it out, come back.

Round 2 · Days 11–20

+10 bpm on every exercise.
